This exercise was designed to experiment with staging programs of a home. By mining and sampling 3D models, 5 rooms were created in which familiar objects are placed to create a sense of familiarity.
Experimenting with plasticity, showroom staging, and the perfection that can only exist in an enclosed vitrine, each room illustrates domestic activity in standard domestic program. A video pairs with the images to create a point of view in which there is a showroom experience.
Initially taking into consideration the work of Alex Da Corte, Richard and Terry Hamilton, and Jeff Koons the rooms are a series of constituent parts while illustrating current social conditions or personal sentiments towards each program.
